Job summary

Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance and extensive CM experience with Git-based workflows, documentation control, and release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years experience or 10+ with Master's; 8+ with PhD considered.
• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance required at time of application.
• Experience with software builds, CI/CD pipelines, build automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of managing multiple software baselines (branching, tagging, merging in Git or SCM tools).
• Documentation of software changes with traceability to requirements or tickets.
• Documentation control practices using DOORS, Jama, Polarion, SharePoint, Confluence.
• Experience releasing documents supporting software deliveries (release notes, build reports).
• Experience facilitating change control processes (CCBs, change requests).
• Strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor software builds across environments.
• Establish and control multiple software baselines (development to production).
• Implement and maintain CM processes and tools for traceability and reproducibility.
• Document changes with rationale and impact assessments linked to baselines.
• Manage release of build-related documents and ensure proper routing and storage.
• Lead or support Change Control Board meetings and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with CM plans, standards, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with software, systems, test, and integration teams for coordinated delivery.
• Monitor CM metrics and propose process improvements.
