Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Software Configuration Analyst 4 to establish and control software baselines, coordinate builds and releases, and ensure traceability.

You will support build pipelines, documentation control, and change management across development teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Required: active SCI clearance, strong CM process knowledge, and experience with Git/Subversion and release documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with significant relevant experience; SCI clearance preferred
• Experience planning, executing, and monitoring software builds across environments
• Proficiency with configuration management tools and branching/merging strategies
• Experience documenting software changes with traceability to requirements or tickets
• Familiar with CM documentation practices and release processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor software builds across development, integration, test, and release environments
• Establish, maintain, and control software baselines across branches and versions
• Implement and maintain CM processes and tools (Git, Subversion) for traceability
• Coordinate documentation of changes, rationale, and impact assessments
• Manage release of build artifacts and associated documents (release notes, CI logs)
• Lead or support Change Control Board activities and record decisions
• Collaborate with software, systems engineering, test, and integration teams to deliver builds/releases
• Monitor CM metrics and propose process improvements
