Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Software Configuration Management Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to join our team in Virginia. You will develop and maintain CM tools supporting identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software products, both internal and COTS.

The role requires strong experience in software configuration and release management and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure audit-ready, on-schedule products.

Qualifications

• Experience in software configuration management and release management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of Sprints in a Jira environment.
• Ability to coordinate software and hardware releases across Release Management, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain databases to track deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support software configuration management across the full product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain CM tools; manage records, releases, and data management.
• Analyze proposed hardware and software changes for impact on the product and system.
• Perform release engineering to ensure documentation, compliance, and logistically sustainable delivery.
