Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• US citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Extensive experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or software licensing.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring SAM analysts in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software assets, including entitlements and renewals.
• Oversee ServiceNow SAM Pro and Contract Management capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and governance standards.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to align with contracts and data.
• Lead SAM analysts and administrators; mentor teams for best practices.
• Support audit readiness and remediation actions.
