Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Architect for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You will be responsible for designing and developing new software or extensive software revisions for external customers. This role will serve as the top-level technical expert, creating high-level architectural specifications and addressing system integration and compatibility issues. You will research the potential feasibility of the project for management. This role will participate in the decision-making processes related to the selection of software architecture solutions. This positionwill serve as an escalation point within the network analyst team and play a key role in gathering, estimating, andcompleting ongoingdevelopmentprojects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or commensurate experience
- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering or IT in the managed services, professional service, or security industry. .NET Core, .NET Framework and SQL Server experience
- Certification in Dell, HP, VMWare, and Hyper-V preferred
- Experience working with a CRM, preferably ConnectWise, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Comprehensive knowledge and technical background in Managed Services product and offerings, Variety of IT ecosystems technologies (e.g., Dell, HP, virtualization such as VMWare and SQL), working with and understanding capabilities of technology development teams
- Strong understanding of the cloud computing model, information risk and security guidelines and architecture standards and best practices
- Working knowledgeofsiteand central IT technologies provisioned under service and product portfolio
- Understanding of the technical relationships between infrastructure technologies and current applications that are part of the product and service portfolio
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Business acumen; translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Flexible and able to remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities at one time
- Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Sound problem-solving technique with ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution
- Ability to build relationships based on trust to enable collaboration and cooperation amongst team members and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both verbally and in written form
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service to the customer base.

- Manage the status of open tickets and projects, and complete technical and operational tasks to efficiently and accurately address project deliverables.
- Provides technical oversight for major initiatives
- Lead team in requirements analysis, design, development, and demonstration of complex software applications and enterprise deployment.
- Develop, document, and ensure compliance with best practices, including, but not limited to, the following: data management, coding standards, object-oriented design, cloud-delivery patterns, platform- and framework-specific design concerns, and human interface guidelines.
- Assist in the development of software architecture (both tactical and strategic) to fully manage/support the company’s products, services, systems, and technologies.OLK
- Define interfaces and develop code for modules across products or services that may influence or drive architectural changes.
- Increase code quality through code reviews and writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Identify the appropriate software architecture for both server-side and client-side solutions to achieve the proposed requirement.
- Lead software development efforts for quality, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
- Create and manage software development schedules, integrating them across portfolios of related projects.
- Write code using secure programming patterns and identify, fix, and enhance security in existing applications.
- Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation for the product or service.
- Serve as a technical liaison among project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Create overall project plans and track progress.
