Sight & Sound is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical solution planning, establish architecture standards, and coach team members to grow in technical ownership. This role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to translate business needs into well-structured, maintainable, and scalable software, ensuring reliability and security across systems.

The candidate will work hands-on with TypeScript, Java, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS, and will engage in

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor and coach developers to grow technical ownership.
Solid understanding of architecture, patterns and code quality.
Experience with cloud and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
