The Senior Software Engineer advances the mission of Sight & Sound by leading technical solution planning, establishing architecture standards and engineering best practices, and coaching team members to grow in technical ownership. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to translate business needs into well-structured, maintainable, and scalable solutions, partnering across the organization to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and built to last.
The physical demands of this position are typical for a desk job. You will be at a desk most of the day, typically with the option to sit or stand. You may have to lift/exert up to 10 lbs. of force on occasion. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.

Bachelors or better.
5 years: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
