Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture leadership for multi‑module software.
• Experience influencing decisions across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience building high‑quality iOS/watchOS/macOS apps.
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, local persistence, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end architecture for iOS applications and research platforms.
• Help establishing coding standards, architectural patterns, and platform roadmaps.
• Build modular, scalable, and testable components enabling research studies and future features.
• Support product and prototyping teams through rapid iteration cycles.
• Guide engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Profile and optimize for performance, power, reliability, and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to enable new hardware and sensing capabilities.
• Contribute to the vision of next‑generation software platforms at Apple.
