Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
Expert proficiency in multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, security, testing, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Shape and drive architecture and delivery of high-impact software solutions.
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
Provide cross-team technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
Define architectural approaches for complex, high-impact initiatives.
Promote advanced software engineering standards and governance.
Partner with senior tech leadership to inform technology strategy.
Resolve challenging technical issues and improve performance and reliability.
Guide engineers and architects, raising the technical bar across teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and prototype new solution patterns.
