Job summary

Truist is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to define target architecture, drive modernization, and ensure regulatory compliance across technology solutions. You will collaborate with CIAM, Fraud, and AML engineering teams to craft scalable architectures and evangelize best practices.

The role requires deep expertise in architecture frameworks, advanced modeling techniques, and a track record of leading complex, compliant technology transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related technology design roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in advanced modeling tools and techniques for system and application architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management related to technology architecture.
• Advanced degree or certifications in enterprise architecture and information security (preferred).
• Experience with cloud architecture, microservices, digital transformation, and emerging technology platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with business process modeling, data architecture, integration patterns, and innovation frameworks (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining architecture and technology plans
• Driving modernization and improving automation and maintainability of Truist’s technology solutions
• Defining target architecture and setting strategy
• Partnering with solutions architects to craft solutions architectures
• Researching emerging technology/best practices
• Educating and evangelizing CIAM, Fraud, & AML solutions
• Ensuring TPS solutions and infrastructure are reliable
• Collaborating with CIAM, Fraud, and AML engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Leading the development of comprehensive architectural models
• Optimizing existing architecture
