Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Architect to define and implement technical strategy for large software programs across Beavercreek, Ohio and Huntsville, Alabama.

You will align software roadmaps with customer needs, mentor teams, and review designs to ensure quality and security. You will work closely with hardware groups to test embedded performance, select tools, and manage risk through prototypes and mitigations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.
• 10+ years of software development experience on DoD/IC programs.
• 5+ years of experience with OPIR missions on DoD/IC programs.
• TS/SCI eligibility.
• Experience with Python and C/C++.
• Experience with embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for execution of large software programs and blueprints.
• Communicate software strategy to senior management and customers to align with roadmaps and needs.
• Mentor engineering teams and perform design & code reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to develop test procedures and evaluate embedded performance.
• Evaluate and select tools, programming languages, frameworks; manage risks with prototypes and mitigation plans.
