Job summary

Modivcare Solutions, LLC seeks a Software Engineer IV to lead architecture of complex distributed systems and champion AI-assisted development tools. You will shape system design, drive cloud-native patterns on Azure, and mentor multiple teams.

Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript are required, with 8+ years of experience. In this senior role, you will guide API and microservice design, ensure security and performance, and push forward innovative software delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design expertise.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Copilot) and related workflows.
• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex, distributed systems.
• Define scalable, secure cloud-native architectures on Azure.
• Design APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
