  • Establish and enforce robust technical standards and architectures encompassing cloud computing environments, API integrations, and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Design and implement structured frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate technical debt, ensuring clear guidelines are established regarding government software ownership and data rights.
  • Drive the creation of comprehensive application inventories and specialized scoring models aimed at reducing technological bloat and redirecting critical resources to high-value, mission-aligned capabilities.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of software consumption metrics, including application usage, subscription utilization, and API execution rates, to provide granular financial oversight and maximize return on investment.
  • Define the operational pathways and transition plans required to mature successful software pilots into enduring, fully sustained enterprise programs.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline such as Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience functioning as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, with a proven track record of evaluating large-scale technology ecosystems.

  • Deep technical knowledge of cloud computing architectures, API integration strategies, and secure DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience developing scoring models and assessment methodologies for portfolio rationalization and technical debt management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical assessments into clear, executive-ready strategies and documentation for leadership.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
