Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks a senior subject matter expert to lead the NGA PEBS/SAM software acquisition lifecycle, from requirements through retirement, delivering compliant, efficient asset management and strategic recommendations.

You will coordinate with technical, contractual, legal, and funding stakeholders, oversee the SAM lifecycle, develop acquisition strategies, and brief senior leadership on investments and risk.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
• Experience managing the software acquisition lifecycle for DoD or IC programs.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and NARI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software procurement process from requirements to retirement.
• Develop and analyze software license acquisition strategies and assess contract vehicles.
• Oversee SAM lifecycle using agency tools to monitor, report, and manage licenses and assets.
• Prepare acquisition documentation, briefings, and funding documents in compliance with FAR, DFAR, and NARI.
• Serve as liaison between NGA customers and government personnel, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
