Job summary

Simms in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Senior Product Developer to oversee the creation and execution of product lines across waders, apparel, packs, and accessories. You will work with design, engineering, and management to bring innovative softgoods to market on time and within cost targets.

The role leads a cross-functional team, manages budgets, creates BOMs, coordinates prototyping, and drives supplier costs and calendar milestones while upholding the company vision and environmental commitments.
