Job summary

Stone Glacier is seeking a Senior Product Developer to oversee apparel product lines from concept through production. You will coordinate across design, sourcing, and manufacturing to bring innovative, cost-effective soft goods to market from Bozeman, MT.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews, partnering with teams to ensure design intent aligns with target costing and brand vision for outdoor apparel.

Qualifications

8+ years in soft goods product development.
Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy.
Develop and manage budgets for product development projects.
Lead daily product team meetings with cross-functional teams.
Create BOMs and coordinate prototyping of soft good designs across channels.
Lead cost negotiations and final approvals of trims used in soft good design.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet launch deadlines.
Drive collaboration to fulfill all development deliverables from kickoff to pre-production.
