Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice at the master's level.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Citizenship per VA/USA policy; eligible for certain appointments.
• Two years of post-advanced practice social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced interventions with individuals, groups, or families.
• Incorporate complex causation in differential diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement methods to measure effectiveness of practice and services.
• Provide specialized consultation to colleagues and students on psychosocial care.
• Lead clinical program development and supervision within social work services.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure equitable access and high-quality care.
