Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social work with related experience.
• Experience supervising social workers and child welfare staff.
• Ability to interpret policies, laws and regulations and apply them.
• Crisis management and decision making in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, assign cases, and review activities for accuracy.
• Interpret policies, laws, and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, and personnel matters with managers.
• Provide after-hours on-call supervision on rotating basis.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain records and statistics.
• Attend interagency meetings and participate in Child & Family Team meetings.
