Pascua Yaqui Tribe seeks a Social Worker II to assess clients, develop case plans, and coordinate services with families and outside agencies. The role involves counseling, advocacy, and documentation to support self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities span protective services, foster care licensing, elder support, and court-related collaboration. A Bachelor’s in social work and 3 years of experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Three (3) years of social work experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive initial and on-going assessment interviews and develop case plans.
• Maintain regular client contact through visits and phone communications.
• Document client status and treatment progress in files.
• Provide and arrange supportive social work services and advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with a team of caseworkers, families, and external agencies to coordinate care.
• Coordinate patient care with tribal departments, clinics, or external agencies.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and conferences to stay current.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
• Responsibilities for specific programs may include investigations, court assistance, foster care licensing, senior center duties, and elder transport/delivery as applicable.
