The role requires 5+ years in social media management within tech/video contexts and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model in Allen, TX, with compensation ranging from $67,070 to $77,503, and strong benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in tech/video sectors.
Proven track record growing social accounts and engagement.
Strong knowledge of social marketing tech and publishing tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Develop social media strategy and coordinate campaigns with cross-functional teams.
Advocate for best practices across the organization.
Own and manage Resi social channels and publish high-quality content.
Create short-form and long-form video and graphic content aligned with brand.
Collaborate with campaigns for content development and delivery.
