Snowflake seeks a seasoned Senior Social Media Manager to elevate our developer social presence and engage technical audiences worldwide. You will own content strategy, plan campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to showcase AI Data Cloud innovations.

In a high-growth environment, you will write and publish content across platforms, manage paid and earned programs, measure impact, and drive events from promotion to post-event amplification.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in B2B technology social media.
• Experience with owned, paid and earned social strategies.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to enhance content creation, trend analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs from strategy to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Craft and lead the developer social media strategy and execution across platforms.
• Develop integrated social plans for Snowflake moments with storytelling.
• Own social plans for solution areas like AI and Data Engineering.
• Lead social planning for Snowflake's flagship developer events.
• Collaborate with PR, Product Marketing, Developer Relations to drive awareness.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and campaign-based social reports.
• Write, edit and publish content across platforms.
• Lead paid social campaigns with clear KPIs.
