The position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Senior Social Media Manager within our Communications team, making a difference in global employment.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead social media strategies aligned with company goals
2. Build relationships with industry influencers and partners
3. Set and report on social media goals, optimizing continuously
4. Manage crisis communication protocols
5. Collaborate across teams for campaigns and initiatives
6. Analyze competitors and identify differentiation opportunities
7. Lead social media campaigns for major initiatives
8. Maintain governance and best practices documentation

Requirements

1. Proven experience growing and engaging B2B tech social media audiences
2. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics and reporting tools
3. Strategic thinking aligned with business goals
4. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
5. Crisis management experience and sound judgment
6. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
7. Remote work experience preferred

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and benefits across locations, paying above local rates to support global talent. Our salary range for this role is $31,500 - $106,350 USD, influenced by location, skills, experience, and market conditions. Compensation is reviewed for internal mobility.
