Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to join the Social Media Center of Excellence. The role is hybrid, based in a Marsh US office, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.

You will lead Marsh's executive social media program, develop tailored strategies for Marsh leaders, and produce platform-native storytelling that aligns with business priorities and drives engagement with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in social media, ideally in a global B2B or professional services environment.
• Proven track record leading executive social media and thought leadership programs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of translating complex topics into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive social media program in partnership with Communications, Marketing, Brand and Talent teams.
• Develop tailored social media strategies for Marsh leaders and select executives.
• Translate business priorities into compelling thought leadership and platform-native storytelling.
