Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead the firm’s executive social media programs and elevate our brand. You will work with senior leaders across Executive Communications, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs and Talent Acquisition to shape Marsh’s online presence and thought leadership.

You will develop tailored strategies for Marsh CEOs and key executives, build editorial calendars, and translate complex business topics into engaging content.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience developing and delivering social media strategies in a global B2B or professional services setting.
• Proven track record leading executive social media and thought leadership programs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marsh’s executive social media program in partnership with executive communications, marketing, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for Marsh business leaders through a white-glove service model.
• Translate business priorities into compelling thought leadership and platform-native storytelling.
