Responsibilities

• Coach the Social Media Content Creator team off discounting and onto value selling
• Hands-on ownership of social media calendars and community engagement
• Write copy for ads, emails, and web pages that converts sales marketing traffic
• Chase the sales marketing whitespace no rep in VA has worked
• Keep the messaging consistent from Chesapeake, VA billboards to cold DMs
• Pitch JLL's sharp-but-gentle offering to buyers who haven't heard of us yet
• Use TikTok Ads and Team Leadership tools to automate and scale outbound efforts
• Qualify hard, so the mid-level team only chases real money
