Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its organic strategy across Facebook and Instagram, with expansion into TikTok, Reddit, and X based on audience need. You will manage the content pipeline end-to-end, craft on-brand copy, and create graphics in Canva for each platform.

You will plan and produce short-form videos featuring employees and services, monitor community sentiment, and collaborate with branches and recruiters to source authentic field content.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating writing and editing, platform-native creative, and video.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; knowledge of LinkedIn/YouTube.
• Own a high-volume content calendar and production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic social strategy and day-to-day execution across Facebook and Instagram.
• Expand into TikTok, Reddit, and X based on audience needs and priorities.
• Manage the workflow from idea intake through approvals, scheduling, publishing, and storage.
• Write and edit social copy; create graphics in Canva and adapt for each platform.
• Plan, capture, edit short-form video featuring FleetPride people and services.
• Monitor comments and reputation; respond in FleetPride's voice and escalate as needed.
• Build relationships with branches, service centers, recruiters for field content.
• Create weekly performance checks and monthly reporting using GA4 and UTMs.
