Job summary

Covista is America's largest healthcare educator, serving more than 97,000 students and a 385,000-strong alumni network across five institutions. This Senior Manager role drives real-time community engagement for Covista’s university brands, building trust and brand advocacy through alumni, faculty and students.

The role partners with Corporate Affairs and Marketing, shaping tone and crisis response as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7+ years in community management or digital engagement.
• Experience building ambassador or advocacy programs.
• Experience with social listening and sentiment monitoring.
• Excellent written communication with strong brand tone.
• Experience managing a program budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time community engagement across university brands.
• Manage Social Ambassador Program and alumni network.
• Plan brand activations and ambassador events.
• Translate SEO/AEO priorities into engagement content.
• Collaborate with marketing and alumni teams.
• Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and opportunities.
