Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Digital Creative Producer in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid, contract role sits on a 9-person creative production team and drives concepting, design, and delivery of social assets from brief to final delivery.

You will partner daily with marketing, video production, and external agencies to ensure on-time, on-spec assets and maintain tight review cycles. Strong project management and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years producing creative in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Ownership of the concept-through-approval process: briefing creative teams, guiding concepts to a recommendation, consolidating stakeholder feedback, and closing out reviews.
• Working fluency in the platforms we publish to – Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of the video process – scripting, storyboards, edit stages, and post.
• Comfort producing in a regulated environment with compliance review and disclosure requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables across organic, paid, and field workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Workfront and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Self-starter who works independently and maintains meticulous notes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social creative projects from brief to delivery, balancing calendar and campaign flights.
• Verify briefs align with business objectives, audience, and channel requirements.
• Resource and manage a team of copywriters, designers, and creative leads.
• Own end-to-end review: schedule rounds, consolidate feedback, route through compliance.
• Collaborate with video producers on assets, align shoot/post schedules, and ensure timely handoffs.
• Build and maintain timelines across rounds and accommodate review delays.
• Track disclosure requirements by placement and versioning changes.
• Write and send weekly creative status updates to partners.
• Foster relationships with marketing partners, discipline leads, media, and agencies.
• Identify risk early and propose paths forward rather than problems.
• Ensure asset QC against platform specs and post-lead handoffs.
• Capture performance learnings to inform future briefs.
