This full-time role requires strong initiative, strategic thinking, and hands-on content management, with in-office work in Orem, UT and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, social media marketing, and digital marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills with a good eye for visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize content for engagement and reach.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies and measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of content strategies across all social media platforms.
• Regularly analyze social media and content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement and trends.
• Oversee content calendar and ensure alignment with product launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate photoshoots and manage logistics for content creation (photographers, videographers, models, set designers).
• Manage social media accounts and community engagement, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
