Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a Senior Content Creator to own organic social and influencer programs end to end. You will write plans, shoot and edit content on your phone, and be the face of the brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

The role blends creator instincts with strategic thinking to drive growth and engage families. You will own the content strategy, monitor trends, and collaborate with marketing, CRM, and partnerships to scale reach while maintaining quality and authenticity.

Qualifications

6+ years in social media with hands-on creator work.
Portfolio or reel required.
Comfortable on camera and hosting
Strong video editing skills for mobile editing
Deep platform fluency in TikTok/Instagram
Experience building influencer/creator programs

Responsibilities

Create original social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Shoot, edit, and post content from a phone.
Monitor trends daily and act quickly.
Own and execute the content strategy and posting cadence.
Direct influencer and creator programs and manage briefs.
Lead UGC and work with growth teams for paid/social.
Coordinate with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
Support product marketing and brand campaigns.
