Senior SOC Engineer at BairesDev is a remote role joining a global team delivering security operations excellence for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor and product SME, guiding clients through complex security challenges and helping them realize real value from their security investments.

You will work with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms, write scripts for automation, train customers, and drive adoption while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Security Operations with detection, triage, incident response, automation.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon).
• Hands-on scripting in Python and/or JavaScript for automations and integrations.
• Excellent English communication and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor and product SME for enterprise customers using a converged XDR/SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Troubleshoot critical customer issues, applying detection, triage, and incident response expertise.
• Write scripts and build custom integrations to support and automate customer workflows.
• Train customers and create knowledge base articles and guides that drive product adoption.
• Help customers realize ROI and ongoing value from their security platform investment.
