Job summary

Quant is building a New York-based security team to run its On-Chain Money Initiative. The Senior Security Operations Engineer will anchor a 24/7 SOC, leading detection and response across SIEM/EDR, PKI lifecycle, and blockchain-intelligence integrations.

You'll monitor, triage, mentor on-shift engineers, and collaborate with Platform Reliability on Sev-1 incidents. Prior SOC experience, SIEM/EDR proficiency, and familiarity with Chainalysis, TRM Labs or Elliptic are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations or engineering with SOC shift experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR platforms (SentinelOne or equivalent) and PKI operations.
• Familiarity with blockchain-intelligence tooling (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
• Relevant security certification (GIAC, CISSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security monitoring, detection and triage during the shift across SentinelOne and the Fusion Firewall.
• Own day-to-day operation of the PKI certificate lifecycle.
• Operate and tune blockchain-intelligence provider integrations per TCH's election (Chainalysis, TRM Labs or Elliptic).
• Join joint bridges with Platform Reliability for combined security-and-availability Sev-1 events.
• Mentor Security Operations Engineers on-shift.
