Quant is building a New York-based security leadership team to own security operations for a cutting-edge, on-chain money platform. The Head of Security will run a 24/7 SOC, oversee PKI lifecycle, threat intelligence, incident response, and reliability across the stack, with regulator-facing documentation and governance.

You will establish the security model ahead of the 2027 launch and demonstrate decisions with clear, auditable actions to regulators and partners.

Qualificações

• Led security operations in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Managed continuous coverage with clear alert vs signal differentiation.
• Owning PKI and certificate lifecycle at scale.
• Produced evidence for regulators with auditable decisions.
• Security certification such as CISSP or GIAC, or in progress.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a 24/7 SOC inside enterprise security tooling.
• Own PKI lifecycle and certificate management.
• Lead threat intelligence and on-chain analytics with providers.
• Coordinate incident response end-to-end and reliability.
• Establish security models ahead of launch and prove them.
