Lennar is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to lead incident response and threat management initiatives within its cybersecurity team. The role focuses on rapid detection, containment, and remediation of security threats in collaboration with the MDR partner.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement. On-site work is required with one remote day weekly, and growth within a dynamic homebuilding security program.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years in a cybersecurity operations role, with 3+ years in Tier 2/3 SOC or escalation.

• Lead investigations of complex, high severity security incidents and coordinate with MDR partner.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Tier 3 alerts; perform root cause analysis with remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, runbooks, and workflows.
• Threat hunt across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud telemetry using MITRE ATT&CK.
