Lennar is seeking a Lead Security Analyst to oversee the cybersecurity program, driving strategic direction for GRC, incident response, and vulnerability management. You will mentor staff, present risk findings, and align security initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership focus
• Experience with vulnerability management, GRC and incident response
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PCI, FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA) and standards (ISO 17799, ITIL, NIST)
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, shaping strategic direction
• Develop and maintain the GRC framework aligned with business objectives
• Advise leadership on security risks and mitigation strategies
• Foster security awareness through training and education initiatives
• Mentor junior cybersecurity staff and provide technical guidance
• Create risk posture reports for risk management leadership
• Review vulnerability reports and penetration test results
• Track plans of action and milestones for risk remediation
• Coordinate with business units on continuity and disaster recovery
• Oversee third-party risk and vendor security practices
• Engage with stakeholders to align security with business goals
