Nagarro is seeking an experienced data engineering leader to architect Snowflake Cortex AI solutions for enterprise-scale data platforms. You will drive design across Cortex AI modules, build scalable pipelines, and guide governance and security in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or AI/ML architecture.
• 4+ years hands-on Snowflake experience at enterprise scale.
• 2+ years hands-on Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design of enterprise-scale Snowflake Cortex AI solutions.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with Cortex tools.
• Build analytics and text-to-SQL experiences using Cortex Analyst.
• Apply Cortex functions within SQL and Python workflows where appropriate.
• Configure Cortex Sense to ground agents for higher accuracy.
• Expose Cortex services as reusable tools across MCP-compatible clients.
• Lead integration of vector search and embedding models into AI data workflows.
• Define and own multi-year Snowflake-based AI/data platform roadmaps.
• Lead scalable data pipelines, modeling, and warehousing for performance and cost.
