Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Snowflake & BI Developer for Treasury and Finance to design, implement, and support enterprise data and reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Data Architecture, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable Snowflake data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Power BI dashboards with robust data quality and governance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, data warehousing, analytics engineering, or financial-services technology.
• Hands-on Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI expertise; knowledge of dimensional data modeling, data marts, and end-to-end data lineage.
• Experience collaborating with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand financial data and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison with Treasury, Finance, Data Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and other teams.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Snowflake data solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and DAX measures for Treasury and Finance reporting.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across source systems, Snowflake, and reporting layers.
• Support full development lifecycle including testing, UAT, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
