Job summary

Boyne Resorts at The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Terrain Park Cat Supervisor to lead the overnight snowcat crew, build and maintain terrain park features, and ensure safety and high-quality execution across all runs. You will train operators, develop nightly grooming plans, and coordinate with terrain park and mountain operations to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with heavy machinery and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Strong radio communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design team meetings to plan upcoming builds and hazards.
• Perform equipment inspections and document maintenance.
• Schedule operator shifts and supervise grooming teams.
• Train and develop terrain park operators.
• Collaborate on complex projects with Park Grooming Supervisor.
