Job summary

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks an SMT Production Section Chief to lead daily operations in the SMT workshop, coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and processes to meet KPIs for output, quality, delivery, cost, and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in SMT production management, strong planning and leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive improvements across multiple lines while ensuring a safe and standardized production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience in SMT or similar high‑volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading a multiple‑line operation with 50+ staff.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes and production workflows.
• Proven track record in cost control and process improvement.
• Fluent collaboration with cross‑functional teams (process, equipment, quality, planning).

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily SMT production schedules aligned with MPS and order demand.
• Lead root cause analysis and rapid countermeasures for major abnormalities.
• Drive Lean tools (SMED, VSM) to reduce non‑value time and improve UPH/OEE.
• Establish safety, 5S, SOP/SIP standards and manage on‑site operations for multiple lines.
