The role requires reading assembly prints, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment on a shift that runs F-Su 0600-1830 (Shift 4). Qualifications

• Read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, and specifications for PCB and system manufacture.
• Might be certified to operate a limited number of basic machines in production.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety and material handling policies.
• Identify part numbers, descriptions and vendor using cross-reference tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings and specifications for PCB and/or systems.
• Operate SMT equipment and related machinery as required.
• Assist with line changeovers and feeder identification in SMT equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area; handle hazardous waste per procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and mentor less qualified operators.
