Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota:Winona is seeking a full-time manufacturing/production associate to learn PCB and systems assembly, operate SMT and related equipment, and support ongoing quality and process improvements. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow prints and instructions, and willingness to work overtime in a 24/7 global business context.

Qualifications

Must read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures and specifications for PCB and/or systems.
May be certified to operate a limited number and variety of basic machines in production.
Maintain safety and clean work environment, follow company policies.

Responsibilities

Read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures and specifications used in the manufacture of PCBs and/or systems.
Respond to written and verbal instructions.
Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety policies.
Identify feeder by size and type in SMT equipment and operate as needed.
Assist with line changeovers and cross-reference tools for part numbers and vendors.
Support continuous improvement activities and mentor others.
