Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, components, and assembly techniques.
• Set up and operate Screen Printing, Pick and Place, Reflow, AOI, Wash, and X-ray equipment.
• Minimum of two years SMT experience with MYDATA equipment (MY and DX series).
• Properly handle, set-up, and teardown feeders and magazines.
• Board inspection and ability to detect indicators and defects.
• Address process indicators and defects.
• Perform basic rework.
• Computer skills and knowledge of SMT software TPSys and other operating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards according to drawings and BOM to IPC-A-610 Class 2.
• Inspect boards to ensure IPC standards are met.
• Use computers and tools for PCB assembly at SMT level.
• Be fluent in all SMT assembly positions and processes.
• Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Keep assigned area organized and comply with ESD, quality, and safety rules.
