Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to monitor and improve performance of inline manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, and implement repairs, working with production and QA teams.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical tools, soldering, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with flexibility for weekend shifts and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance/repair of manufacturing equipment.
• General use of mechanical hand tools and soldering equipment required.
• Strong problem solving skills and understanding of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Flexible schedule including possible weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, report, and improve performance of all manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and immediate repairs.
• Collaborate with Production Line leadership, Product, Process, Quality, and Test engineers.
• Maintain maintenance, inventory, and repair logs.
