Job summary

Jabil in Monument, CO is seeking an electronics assembler to set up and operate automated front end manufacturing equipment for assemblies and circuit boards. You will perform intermediate program debugging and machine preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.

You will load feeders, monitor soldering quality, and maintain documentation while supporting basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer with Windows and related software.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment.
• Coordinates with other team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets.
• Ensures board loader and feeders are loaded with correct parts and prepares next run.
• Operate and maintain foam fluxer, using hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio.
• Add/fill bar solder, flux and alcohol to machine as required.
• Monitor boards for soldering defects and ensure quality.
