• Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Decide when to buy multitasking versus build it for InnovateTech's Pensacola, FL stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Translate a napkin idea from InnovateTech founders into an Express.js solutions-focused prototype.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Keep the Webpack build pipeline green so Pensacola deploys never waits on a red light.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
