Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience backing estimates.
• Proven Laravel judgment when the textbook answer doesn’t fit.
• Experience mentoring without taking over the keyboard.
• Ability to work on-site in Macon, GA or be willing to relocate.
• Experience hardening Laravel auth for audits.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Resurrect flaky Unit Testing tests until the Macon, GA suite is trustworthy again.
• Harden Laravel auth so the GA audit comes back clean.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Guard the Cultural Awareness codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch.
• Translate craft-obsessed business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
