You will manage and underwrite renewal accounts, pricing exposures, and collaborate with production underwriters and field leadership to drive profitability and retention. Qualificações

• 3+ years of renewal underwriting experience with proven results in production and quality metrics.
• Ability to underwrite multi-line accounts up to $100,000 premium (and higher).
• Knowledge of underwriting systems and workflow documentation.
• Strong relationship building and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and manage Commercial Lines renewal business for agency assignments.
• Price exposures in line with retention and new money objectives.
• Deliver renewal quotes, including cross-sells and upsells.
• Provide product knowledge to agents to promote Hanover.
• Coordinate with colleagues to manage renewal activities and retention.
