Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical design experience in sleepwear or soft apparel.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, patternmaking, and grading.
• Ability to fit on live models and provide direction to patternmakers and vendors.
• Proficiency in PLM systems, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit sessions and provide detailed fit comments for pattern adjustments.
• Measure samples for accuracy, review balance and proportion, ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed tech packs with measurement specs and construction details.
• Collaborate with Design to balance aesthetics with production feasibility and cost.
