Job summary

Truman Medical Centers is seeking an OnSite Master Scorer (Daytime Technologist) for the Sleep Lab at the Sheraton Hotel Sleep Lab in Kansas City, MO. The role requires expert scoring of overnight sleep studies, MSLT and MWT, with mentoring responsibilities and leadership within the sleep laboratory team.

You will oversee scoring accuracy, train staff, and collaborate with Sleep Medicine physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with AASM standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience scoring complex sleep studies.
• Current RPSGT and/or RRT-SDS credential; BCLS certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert scoring of overnight polysomnographic studies and sleep tests.
• Review and finalize technologists' preliminary scoring for physician review.
• Maintain monthly scoring accuracy at or above ISR gold standard.
• Mentor sleep technologists and support QA data activities.
• Assist in policy development and educational program delivery.
