Fox Point Recruitment LLC is recruiting a Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner for our Sleep Lab in Spokane, WA. The role delivers specialized respiratory care to sleep-related and cardiopulmonary patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient comfort and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, valid Washington license, BLS, and 3+ years of experience. Sleep lab experience and strong clinical judgment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory therapy services in a sleep lab setting.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary and sleep-related conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to develop care plans.
• Operate and maintain respiratory and sleep diagnostic equipment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and therapy techniques.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
